Returns policy

  • Exchanges need to be made within seven days from date of purchase, in which case we will gladly replace your purchase or give you a credit note. Just bring your unworn item or shoe with the tag attached, the box and the original slip.
  • Please be sure that you are happy with your fashionable purchase when you buy discounted goods as we do not provide credit notes for sale clothing or shoes. We will however gladly exchange for bigger or smaller sizes.
  • We do not accept any returns in our factory stores.
  • If you find a production flaw, bring your fashion item back to us within 6 months with your original slip and we will gladly exchange for something you would prefer.
  • We do not accept cheques.
  • Please have proof of identification when changing your account or paying by credit card.

Receipt Fraud Policy – Terms and conditions

If a Rage customer makes a cash/EFT/account purchase and or cash/EFT account payment but does not receive a Rage receipt, they are entitle to their money back for the specific purchase/account payment made subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • It is the responsibility of the Rage staff in the store to ensure the customer receives a receipt for any cash/EFT/account purchase and or cash/EFT account payment.
  • The monies will not be refunded to the customer if, the reason for no receipt given, is due to any/all of the following:
    -Loss or damage of Rage equipment
    -Power failure in the store
    -Technical problems experienced with Rage hardware or software.
  • If the receipt printer fails to print the receipt the first time, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a reprint.
  • The monies will be refunded to the customer if there is proof that fraud has been committed.
  • The monies will be refunded to the customer only once all information and facts have been considered and verified.
  • The customer may be required to provide photographic evidence of the purchase made, i.e. image of product purchased/bank statement.
  • Customers are required to inform Rage via SMS on 30547 while the customer is still in the Rage store where the purchase was made, no claims will be accepted if made at another Rage store where the purchase was not made.
